Order Returns

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your application and/or return your order, standard conditions apply for returns and cancellation periods. Please see: Returns & Refunds
In the event that your order contains more than one item, please note that you will need to return the full order in order to cancel the finance agreement. This means that if, for example, you have purchased 3 items but would like to return 1 of those items, then all 3 items must be returned to us. Once the products arrive safely back at our head office, we can then hold the two remaining products for a limited period, to allow you to purchase them via credit/debit card or, to re-apply for finance.

If your credit application is declined, you will receive a notification via email from our credit provider, V12 Finance, with further instruction on how to dispute the decision.
