If you’re looking to get in touch you can either pop in to see us face to face, call us or email us. Choose whichever is most convenient for yourself. There will always be someone to take your call or if you prefer email, our emails are monitored regularly.
The great thing about our opening hours is that you can visit us on your lunch break if you live in Leicester, or you can make a day of it and visit us on a weekend.

If you live outside of Leicester or you find getting into town difficult, we have the option of a virtual appointment.
We can use any form of communication platform you’d prefer including Zoom, Microsoft Teams and even WhatsApp Video.
