The following terms and conditions apply to those eligible to be part of the promotional Lumbers Watch Club.
To be eligible for the Lumbers Watch Club you will have purchased a full-priced luxury timepiece from our showroom or online, exclusions apply.
You will also need to fill in the Lumbers Watch Club Form which will ask for your contact details. The URL will be sent with your order confirmation if you purchase online. If you purchased in-store, a member of the team will give you an iPad to insert your details. Unfortunately, if the form is not filled in, you will not be eligible for the Watch Club membership.
If you are eligible to be part of the Watch Club you will receive a Watch Club Gift Box including a branded cleaning cloth and spray, watch bar tool and case opener.
Lumbers will not be liable for the misuse of these tools upon the customer’s watch or their person.
Refund of original qualifying purchases are available within our normal refund terms and conditions. However, the Watch Club Gift Box, and its contents must be returned, and any associated benefits will be revoked.
Being a part of the Lumbers Watch Club entitles you to:
A retention of value certificate guaranteeing 75% of the purchase price paid with qualifying watches returned for exchange within 2 years of the purchase date, against a new product twice the original retail selling price.
The retention of value certificate is void should you modify your timepiece. Modify refers to engraving, after-set and changing the watch’s inner workings.
The watch being part exchanged must have all original paperwork and box.
Lumbers reserves the right to withdraw the offer if the watch is damaged or shows wear not reflective to normal wear for the age of the watch.
An additional 1 years warranty with Lumbers. All 2 Year warranties are extended to 3 years, while 5 Year warranties are extended to 6 years.
Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. It doesn’t cover accidental damage, wear or tear and incorrect use of the watch.
Complimentary in-house case refurbishment within 2 years of purchase date.
This is an in-house case refurbishment in our award-winning workshop. This will remove general wear and tear scratches and give your watch a refreshed shine. The case polishing will be completed to the best possible standard; dents and deep scratches will not be able to be removed but will be softened. Ceramic cases and links cannot be refinished.
All case refurbishments will require the watch to be brought into our showroom in Leicester.
Specialist Insurance, offered at an extra charge via our Partners Zing Insurance. This covers theft, loss or accidental damage.

Exclusive offers and priority purchasing.
You will be the first to hear of sales, promotions and any additional watch club-only benefits such as brand events. You will generally be contacted by email.
To be eligible to be a part of the Watch Club you must purchase a full-priced watch directly from our website or showroom.
This excludes selected brands: Garmin, Longines, Tissot and Montblanc.
You will not be eligible for The Watch Club if you buy a sale watch, pre-owned watch or use an LMG card. You can, however, use Interest-Free Credit.
There is no cash alternative.
Lumbers Jewellers reserves the right to withdraw The Watch Club and its benefi ts at any time.
How To Claim Your Value Retention Benefit
In-store Purchases:
Inside your Watch Club Care Kit you will have a Value Retention Card which will have been fi lled in to include: Date of Purchase, Stock Number, the Price Paid and also the Retention Value.
Contact your dedicated Sales Executive directly. Their business card will be included in your Watch Club Care Kit. Alternatively, visit us in-store with your Value Retention Card, Watch, Box and Papers.
Your Sales Executive will greet you if available, however any watch expert will be able to help you with your Retention Benefit.
The staff member will check the watch and details and proceed to help you choose your brand new timepiece.
Once you have selected your new watch and you’re happy, with the outstanding balance. We will take the payment, and you will leave with a brand new timepiece.
Online Purchases:
Contact your dedicated Sales Executive directly. Their business card will be included in your Watch Club Care Kit.
Discuss with your Sales Executive which watches you are interested in, they will be able to share more information and images with you.
Once you have selected the watch and you’re happy with the outstanding payment, ship your watch with its links, box and papers to: Lumbers Jewellers, 60-66 High Street, Leicester, LE1 5YP.
Once checked and details confirmed your sales executive will send you a product link for your chosen watch and the discounted price. You can then check out as you would normally and you will receive your brand new timepiece the very next day.
Customer Data As part of the Watch Club, Lumbers Jewellers Standard Privacy Policy applies. Customers who are part of Watch Club will have their details held separately, ensuring only Watch Club members receive the promotional and exclusive emails. This abides by GDPR regulations.
