We believe that through our Virtual Appointments we will be able to offer that same personable experience that you know and love. We tailor this service to you by working with your preferred platform, whether that’s Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp Video or anything else you find easier. Through this new service our specialist will be able to show products to you, explain features of diamonds and details of watches - if you ask nicely, our Managing Director Dominic might even model some of our lovely timepieces!
The service can extend to advice on repairs, discussions on bespoke products and of course allows for negotiations on pricing where appropriate. Whatever you are looking for, be it advice, to view products or plan a surprise gift, we can cover it all on the Virtual Appointment.
