'Let It Snow' on Christmas Day

Our customers have been good to us this year at Lumbers Jewellers. So, it’s our turn to give back and provide customers with the greatest gift under the tree this Christmas - no matter if they’re naughty or nice.

If you are a customer purchasing online or in-store at Lumbers between 9th November and 10th December, you will be in with a chance of receiving a FULL refund if snow falls on the roof of Lumbers in Leicester on Christmas Day between 11am and 1pm.

The offer is applicable on products which are sold at the full retail selling price, excluding pre-owned items. Whether you are interested in diamond jewellery, stylish timepieces or designer accessories, you could potentially receive your item for free with bookmakers now slashing odds of a white Christmas from 2-1 to 4-5.

Make a purchase either in-store or online at Lumbers between 9th November and 10th December to be in with a chance of this amazing Christmas treat.

Snow Promotion – Let It Snow - Get A Full Refund If It Snows At Midday On Christmas Day.

The following terms and conditions apply to the Snow Promotion Campaign where customers can get a refund on their Lumbers purchase if it snows at midday on Christmas Day.

- To receive a full refund, 01cm or more of incremental snowfall must fall at the specific weather location (Lumbers Ltd, 62-66 High Street, Leicester, LE1 5YP. (52.63551, -1.13677)), between 11:00AM and 13:00PM on 25th December 2022

- Athenium Analytics LLC will be used to verify the snowfall using the Athenium Analytics LLC WDPS Report. This WDPS Report will use the Gridded Data System Model as the claims verification source. The grid size basis used for the verification will be 30km by 30km, within which the location of the shop will be. This is the only form of reporting that will be used to define if snow has fallen at the specific weather location With this in mind; snow machines and any other form of man made snow will not constitute as snow falling.

- This offer applies to products which are sold at the full retail selling price excluding Pre-owned, Commission, or Repairs during the promotion period only

- This promotion also excludes products which have been ordered pre the promotion dates.

- Please note that all qualifying purchases must be fully paid prior to the promotion end date.

- Lumbers Jewellers reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time, without notice.

- Returns/Refunds for purchases are available within 14 days of purchase as per our normal returns policy.

- Qualifying goods purchased during the promotion cannot be returned for a full refund after a snowless Christmas Day. A credit note or exchange will be offered for unwanted gifts.

- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and cannot be used with LMG cards of Gift vouchers.

- If you use a promotion or coupon code, you will not be eligible to partake in this promotion.

- There is no limit to how much you spend or how many items you buy.

- Customers must retain their receipt and/or proof of purchase.

- Promotion available online and in-store.

- Available on purchases between 9^th November and 10^th December 2022 inclusive.

How To Claim Your Refund

If you are entitled to a refund and you purchased online -

Customers need to apply for a refund. Refunds will be available from 9^th January 2023. Customers will be required to email the showroom with their proof of purchase at [email protected]. You will then be refunded on/after 9^th January 2023 on the same card you used to purchase your item. We are unable refund you on any alternative card. Customers have until 31^st March 2023 to apply for a refund.

If you are entitled to a refund and you purchased in-store –

Customers need to apply for a refund. Refunds will be available from 9^th January 2023. Customers will be required to make an appointment with the showroom on their preferred day from 9^th January 2023. You can do so by calling the showroom on 0116 255 1233 or emailing us at [email protected].

You should attend the appointment with your proof of purchase and the card used to make the original purchase. We are unable refund you on any alternative card. Customers have until 31^st March 2023 to apply for a refund.

Customer Data

Should the insurance be triggered to due to snow, HCC require only eligible transaction details along with their values. No customer details will be shared. Customer details will remain with Lumbers Jewellers as per the Lumbers Jewellers standard Privacy Policy.
