Tough enough for facing every imaginable pursuit in life, the Breitling Super Chronomat watch in black and steel is an indispensable tool for underwater exploration, sport and navigating the skies. Inspired by the 1983 Frecce Tricolori watch for the Italian Air Force’s aerobatic fleet, which launched just before the rerelease of the Breitling Chronomat, the bold and unconquerable Super Chronomat watch features a 200 meter water resistance, a unidirectional rotating bezel equipped with a coloured ceramic insert for the first time and an in house developed movement. The Breitling Manufacture Calibre 01 beats away inside the watch’s rugged stainless steel case, putting its performance on show through a sapphire backed case. This engine guarantees a 70 hour power reserve once fully wound and performs at a rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour.
On the dial side, the Breitling Super Chronomat B01 44 watch has hands and baton indexes filled with Super LumiNova and a striking red coated chronograph seconds hand imbed with the iconic Breitling motif counterweight. The one 4th of a second, 30 minute and 12 hour chronograph functions are easy to facilitate under the Super Chronomat’s easy grip push pieces and the watch also features the famous Chronomat bezel with interchangeable rider tabs. The 44mm men’s Breitling Super Chronomat B01 44 watch is the collection’s boldest Chronomat yet. The expertly developed mechanical chronograph comes fixed to the Chronomat collection’s exclusive Rouleaux bracelet crafted from stainless steel and secures with a refined butterfly clasp.
