Bruno’s goal against Preston secured him the award, sponsored by Lumbers, thanks to fans’ voting via the Lumbers website at www.lumbers.co.uk

Bruno’s goal, at the Walkers Stadium, was the only positive on the day which saw City’s long unbeaten home record end in a 2-1 defeat. The defender, who likes to get forward, also enjoyed a Man of the Match performance against Peterborough in September.

Bruno will be presented with a TW Steel watch from the Leicester jeweller for winning the September Goal of the Month. He now joins August winner Matty Fryatt in the running for the Lumbers Leicester City Goal of the Season award.
